A little over a decade ago, Lang traded in his drafting table for a computer. Technology has revolutionized Architectural Design Services over the years and Lang chooses to use BIM (Building Information Modelling) - the most advanced software out there.

With programs like Revit, ArchiCAD & SoftPlan within his skill set, Lang can:
  • create beautiful HD renderings within a few minutes.
  • accurately estimate projects during the design phase.
  • spot issues with measurements immediately.  
  • maintain creative freedom (which is typically lost within software programs.) ​​

Virtual Reality

​Most recently Lang has embraced the potential of 3D software and Virtual Reality. These tools allow Lang to better illustrate designs and gives home owners a more accurate picture of what their finished home will look like.

Virtual Reality is still a nascent part of the architecture industry, but there is no doubt of it's potential. 

BIM allows homeowners to make real time decisions during schematic design, reduces and/or eliminates unforeseen overages during construction, and ultimately makes homes less expensive and faster to complete in both design and construction phases.
